Ferries to and from Hong Kong

TurboJET Ferries has a modern fleet including some vessels designed and manufactured right here in the UK. On board you will find well equipped cabins and a wide selection of food and beverages.

About Hong Kong

Hong Kong has long been a colony of the British Empire, until 1997. This has helped shape the current culture of Hong Kong and is the reason Hong Kong is often described as "East meets West".

Hong Kong was introduced to Western sports much earlier than other areas in Asia. Football, basketball, table tennis and rugby are all very popular. Each year in late March, the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens tournament takes place and is widely regarded as the premiere event in IRB Sevens World Series rugby.

Architecturally, Hong Kong is known for skyscrapers. It has more buildings taller than 150 metres than any other city in the world. The International Commerce Centre is the tallest building in Hong Kong and the third tallest in the world, standing at 484 metres.

The cuisine in Hong Kong is a true reflection of the culture. Classic Western restaurants and fast food joints happily co-exist with traditional Chinese eateries.

Hong Kong Port

The Hong Kong ferry terminal is the main departure point for ferries to Macau. Ferries have been running between Hong Kong and Macau since the earliest days of the Hong Kong colony. You can book Hong Kong ferries right here with AFerry, by simply using the form above.

Hong Kong port facilities

Hong Kong ferry port is in a modernised area with an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby. You will find prices are the same as elsewhere in Hong Kong. Here you can find gift items, stock up on groceries or nip in to the coffee shop for a quick bite.

Getting to Hong Kong ferry terminal

Hong Kong ferry port is easily accessed from anywhere in the city. Overhead walkways allow you to walk freely in rain or shine. If you are further away from the port fear not, as the port is a central hub for public transport to various areas of Hong Kong. There are several bus services that terminate at the ferry port.

Alternatively, you can take the tram using the Hong Kong Tramway, and the port even has a helipad!
